Postrack Europe AB provides tracking, asset visibility and fleet management services to business customers.
For many of our services, Postrack processes personal data on behalf of our customers. In these cases, the customer acts as the data controller and Postrack acts as the data processor.
Postrack processes personal data only for the purpose of providing, supporting, securing and improving the contracted services, and only in accordance with the customer’s documented instructions and applicable data protection laws.

Postrack may use trusted subprocessors to provide hosting, infrastructure, support, mapping, communication or other service-related functionality. Subprocessors are required to process personal data only under appropriate data protection obligations.
Where required, Postrack enters into a Data Processing Agreement with its customers. The agreement describes the subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of the processing, categories of personal data, categories of data subjects, security measures, subprocessors, audit rights and deletion or return of data.
